#1 Featherston Street

Our first major Passive Fire Protection project (PFP), undertaken @ Wellingtons newest Office building, on a prominent site opposite Wellington’s historic train station.
This project was a great opportunity to implement our catalogue and database system, the first digital media rich system in New Zealand. Offering greater control over, and easier maintenance of installed PFP.

Trentham Medical Store

We have completed a nice tidy project in the Trentham Army Camp at the Medical store.
This project was on short notice with a very tight schedule and high levels of containment required. We were able to mobilise quickly and meet the demands of the program to the satisfaction of all involved.

Storage King

We have successfully completed the first stage of the Storage King facility in Thorndon.
This prominent but very old site posed many challenges for our application team, some very old steel and coatings to be removed, after hours work and tight deadlines.
Not only did we meet these tasks head on, we managed to save our client money with a few simple design revisions, good communication and co-operation.

Serious Industry Report

The Fire Protection Association of New Zealand has recently concluded a survey of various building in New Zealand. The report shows that there are serious deficits in the industry, and a major shake up will need to take place in the immediate future. This report is now with the Department of Building and Housing (DBH) for review. A link to the article and a news related item can be found below.

First shipment arrives

Our first consignment of FM-900 Intumescent paint has arrived into stock.
We also now have stock of EP-66 Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Primer, and EP-1030 Water Based Epoxy Topcoat.
Thanks to excellent market response and demand we have another shipment due shortly. Exciting times!
