Quality Assurance

We believe that passive fire products are an extremely important life safety component of construction.
All our products are manufactured under an ISO 9001 certified process.
Additionally we have developed quality systems as set out below:

Third Party Inspection

In order to ensure installation is of the highest quality and will perform as tested we believe that third party inspection and verification is warranted. We will contribute towards the cost of such an inspection (*conditions apply), and supply all relevant documentation regarding testing and installation (see “Documentation”).

Documentation

Disruption and damage to Passive Fire installations are common, and sometimes necessary. Therefore it makes sense to have strong documentation of all works so as to be able to verify completion and track remedial works.
