GENERAL DESCRIPTION

An asbestos-free product with inorganic components such as Portland cement, vermiculite and chemical resistant special fibers. Excellent toughness, flexibility and superior weathering ability. It is the best cementitious spray for fire-protection of industrial facilities and chemical plants.

CHARACTERISTICS

1. Excellent physical properties. F100 is tough, no cracking even after heavy impact.

2. Excellent weathering ability, with high quality chemical-resistant components. F-100 can be used to coat exterior steel structures that are exposed to polluted and chemical environments.

3. F100 does not contain any asbestos.

4. F100 can help prohibit the oxidation of, and is not corrosive to ferrous metals.

5. Easy application, low pollution. F100 can be sprayed or trowelled by mixing with water, It has good fluidity and optimum viscosity for increased applicator productivity.
