General Description

A cementitious fire protection coating (F1) with excellent substrate adhesion, designed for structural steel. FIRECUT F1 is manufactured using materials such as cement, vermiculite, fiber (asbestos free) and some other inorganic materials, it provides superior performance to equivalent products.

Smoke development of zero, and with no loss of coating strength after a 3 hour fire. It is also tested for air erosion, and maintains resistance even after a fire.

Characteristics

Note

It has good workability and low sagging. Up to 25mm in one coat without sagging. FIRECUT F1 has excellent adhesion to steel substrates, thus it can be sprayed on the steel substrate without a pre-coat or adhesion promoters.
