Type

A two-pack, anti-corrosive paint based on Epoxy Resin with Zinc Phosphate Pigment.

Uses

Protects steel structures in industrial facilities, chemical process plants, Electric power plants, bridge, tank exteriors, Marine weathering, offshore, oil tanks, piping, roofs, water towers & other exposures.

Characteristics

1. Excellent resistance to sea.
2. Excellent rust preventive properties.
3. Tough and hard film with very good adhesion.
4. Excellent resistance to mechanical damage.
5. Very good resistance to oils and many chemicals.

STORAGE SHELF LIFE

Minimum 1 year under normal storage conditions.

APPLICATION METHOD

Brush, Roller or Spray.

NOTE

1. Mix base and hardener according to the mixing ratio and stir thoroughly.
2. Avoid applying the paints in rainy or humid weather particularly a wet surface must be thoroughly dried.
3. All equipments must be cleaned immediately after use.
4. When used inside tanks, sufficient ventilation must be provided.
5. When overcoating interval is exceeded paint surface must be roughened to insure adhesion.
